We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels. There are some delays delivering parcels within Australia as a result of the covid19 virus.
Due to the many overseas flight cancellations we are not delivering parcels overseas until further notice.

Order and pay before 1pm Sydney time for same or next business day despatch.
Cost - varies based on weight and size. The website will display the cost before you complete your purchase.
Sydney: overnight (next business day)
Melbourne and Brisbane: 2 business nights
Other Australia: fastest possible delivery by Australia Post.
Economy Air Mail - is the least expensive service and also the slowest - allow at least 12 working days for delivery, longer for delivery to non metropolitan areas outside major cities. Economy Air Mail does not have a tracking service and can only be used for parcels up to 2kg.
Standard Air Mail - allow at least 8 working days for delivery, longer for delivery to non metropolitan areas outside major cities. Standard Air Mail does have a limited tracking service to most countries.
Express International Post - allow at least 5 working days for delivery, longer for delivery to non metropolitan areas outside major cities. Express International does have a limited tracking service to most countries.
The above times are a guide only and are from time of despatch. They exclude any time in Customs or Quarantine.
Our Despatch Promise
Our aim is to despatch your order as soon as we possibly can - same or next business day. If any part of your order is out of stock or we anticipate a delay in the despatch of your order we will email you with your options.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter a wrong and/or incomplete address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
We do our best to keep all items in stock. However, some items sell out faster than anticipated or might be subject to Supplier delays. We try to remove out of stock items from the website, however if your order includes an item that is out of stock we will contact you to see if you wish to wait for more stock to arrive or change your order.
Tracking and Tracing
You will receive an automated email Order Confirmation from us once you order has been placed through the website. You will receive a second email - with a tracking number (if applicable), once your order has been despatched.
Customs Clearance Delays and Import Duty
Delays being cleared by the overseas Customs Authorities are out of our control.
If your order is to be delivered outside Australia it may attract import duty and local sales taxes that must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and region and are determined by local governmental agencies and not by us. In the event that duty is payable on your order, then unfortunately it is payable by you, the importer and is not payable by Australis Gifts. Keep this in mind if you are sending a gift to someone overseas, they may be asked by their local postal authority to pay import duty/taxes on your gift.
Pricing and Currency
The prices displayed on the Australis Gifts website are in Australian Dollars including the 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). The actual prices, shipping charges and Australian government taxes payable at check-out will vary according to the shipping address that you select during the check-out process.
